Lambadarios Law Firm has acted as the legal advisor on matters of Greek law to six major Australian banks on a non-recourse project financing of three solar farms located in Australia. The solar farms are owned and operated by Australian SPVs belonging to the corporate group of MYTILINEOS S.A., a leading global industrial and energy company with a strong presence in all five continents. LLF team led by Partner Yannis Kourniotis and Senior Associate Theodoros Papadatos supported these foreign banks in a truly complex and unique transaction which marks the steady expansion of MYTILINEOS well beyond the Greek borders.
