Lambadarios Law Firm acts as the Greek legal advisor to the four Greek systemic banks (Alpha, Eurobank, NBG and Piraeus Bank), on a landmark Syndicated Bond Loan Facility to the amount of €505 million, demonstrating our support for the development plan of the National Natural Gas System (NNGS) and the role of DESFA SA – Hellenic Gas Transmission System Operator in establishing Greece as an energy hub in the wider region.
Our Banking Finance and Energy teams led by partners Yannis Kourniotis and Prokopis Dimitriadis, counsel Konstantina Siozou and senior associate Theodoros Papadatos successfully closed a truly complex and unique financing for the 4 largest banks in Greece. We would like to thank all the teams involved internationally and locally for the constructive cooperation leading to this financing, which will allow DESFA to fund its development plan, including the completion of benchmark energy projects for the Greek economy.
