We are looking for a Transactional Corporate M&A lawyer with 5-7 years of prior experience in top tier work.
English is a must language at working and drafting level.
Strong drafting skills.
LLM in Greece in Commercial law or Civil law or LLM abroad in similar subject.
Must have exposure in SPAs, SHA’s and Due Diligence exercises.
Will work directly with M&A partners. Have immediate exposure to clients.
Excellent communication skills, having worked in a team environment, prior experience working with financial institutions a plus.
