Congratulations to DEPA Commercial team for reaching another milestone. DEPA’s BoD unanimously approved the participation by 49% in the share capital of NORTH SOLAR S.A. which develops photovoltaic projects of 499.61 MW capacity in Western Macedonia. This Project amplifies all efforts towards a seamless and fair energy transition of areas, such as E. Macedonia, affected by lignite phase-out, through the creation of new jobs and boosting of local economies. LLF advised on the acquisition and regulatory matters led by our energy partner George Panopoulos. Well done LLF Team!
