Congratulations to the excellent team at BriQ Properties REIC led by the “one and only” CEO Anna Apostolidou on the acquisition of 80% of the share capital of Sarmed Warehouses, a market leader in logistics for EUR 23.6mn. Lambadarios Law Firm advising BriQ on the transaction was led by Constantinos Lambadarios, Melina Katsimi and Sophia Alonistioti on the real estate legal due diligence, negotiations and closing of the MA transaction just in time for Xmas!
