The Greek Parliament has voted the law on Tax Reforms to Support Economic and Business Development in Greece (Law 4646/2019 – “the New Law”). The New Law impacts in all aspects of the current applicable regime and amends its provisions aiming to provide private individuals and enterprises leaving, investing and operating in Greece with a fair, stable, up to date and business friendly tax framework.
